My mom sent me an email tonight, and this is so ironic because she has not been a big fan of what I am doing, but she did call me this week and express her sadness for C&E and what they were going through and gave me some kind words as well. I know she loves me, just maybe a little too much and worries, ALOT. But, nonethe less, here is what she sent me. It is from a friend of hers that email out words of encouragement weekly to his sales team.
When things go wrong as they sometimes will.
When the road you're trudging seems uphill.
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
and you want to smile but you have to sigh.
When care is pressing you down a bit,
rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Success is failure turned inside out,
the silver tint on the clouds of doubt.
And you never can tell how close you are,
it may be near when it seems so far.
So stick to the struggle when you're hardest hit.
It's when things go wrong that you mustn't quit.
